Vali Neuro Force Review Summary

This is a very weak nootropic supplement, as far as we’re concerned. The ingredients are pretty mediocre and the doses are low across the board.

There’s only one ingredient in here capable of really making a difference to your memory – Bacopa monnieri – but it is a whole plant powder; we don’t know how potent it is! This is not best practice!

Most of the ingredients in here aren’t capable of making a palpable difference to your mental function, even if the doses were good. Needless to say,you can do an awful lot better!

Where To Buy Vali Neuro Force

Most of you will have come here from Amazon, but we believe this is sold through the ValiUp website too.

Full Vali Neuro Force Review

Neuro Force is a brain support supplement from Vali. Most of you will have come here after seeing this stack on a third-party retailer; this isn’t a well-known stack at the moment, and there aren’t many professional Vali Neuro Force reviews published online.

So, let’s not waste any time here. What is Vali Neuro Force supposed to do exactly?

How does it differentiate itself from the competition?

Vali Neuro Force Review

If we look at the bottle, we see the usual trio of “focus”, “memory”, and “clarity”. We are told that Vali Neuro Force is designed to generally “bost mental performance”.

This is the same list of benefits given by 90% of nootropics out there – and that’s not a bad thing.

If we then take a look at some of the banner ads shown online,we see a more extensive list of benefits:

Vali Neuro Force claims

So here we have pretty much every aspect of cognition that you can conceivably influence with nootropics:

  • Mood
  • Memory
  • Focus
  • Energy
  • Clarity

There’s not much mention of long-term brain development support. But as we’ve said a bunch of times, a stack doesn’t need this to be great (it just needs it to be the best).

This isn’t a supplement designed specifically for programmers or gamers, and it isn’t designed specifically for anxiety.

It is a daily, all-inclusive brain support supplement.

That just leaves us with the obvious question: does Vali Neuro Force really work?

How does it compare to other products claiming to do similar things?

Is Neuro Force safe? What are the likely side effects?

We’ll be answering all of these questions (and a couple more) in our complete Neuro Force review below. We begin by taking a closer look at the ingredients, the doses used, and how they all work together. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them in the comments section and we’ll get back to you asap.

Vali Neuro Force Formula

Here is the Vali Neuro Force formula as it should appear on the label:

Vali Neuro Force formula analysis

That’s a pretty underwhelming formula.

We’re not impressed.

The ingredients we see here are garbage for the most part; the doses are far too low to do anything.

There’s one good ingredient, but it isn’t dosed particularly high and we aren’t given its potency.

Some of these ingredients also have some serious associated side effects.

There’s pretty much nothing to get excited about here, and a few things to be very wary of. That adds up to a pretty terrible nootropic.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown of these points.

Major Flaw – Useless Ingredients

Some of the ingredients in Vali Neuro Force have no chance of influencing your cognitive performance.

For example, we get 50mg of GABA from Vali Neuro Force.

GABA is a neurotransmitter; it is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in mammals, to be more precise.

GABA is usually supplemented because people desires its inhibition-lowering effects.

This is why people like alcohol; alcohol works on the GABA system, making social situations more comfortable, helping you feel more confident, etc.

The problem is that GABA supplementation doesn’t seem to do anything at all.

It doesn’t seem to be metabolised by the human body – IT ISN’T SOMETHING YOU CAN CONSUME EXOGENOUSLY.

We also think GABA is not a good option, since you need to have your inhibitions when in an important business meeting, during an exam, etc. INHIBITIONS CAN BE REALLY USEFUL![/WPFMB]

GABA Neuro Force ingredients

We also get 30mg of a mysterious ingredient in every serving of Neuro Force: AstraGin.

This might sound like it’s maybe a new, cutting-edge focus booster, or a ground-breaking memory enhancer.

But it’s not.

According to the makers of this patented compound, AstraGin is an absorption enhancer.

So it has no known nootropic properties.

All it does is make the other ingredients more readily absorbed – according to the manufacturer, anyway.

Carnitine Vali Neuro Force ingreidents

N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine is another good example of a fairly pointless ingredient in this stack.

Carnitine is a very common amino acid. It is found in great abundance in lots of foods, such as red meat, milk, and cheese.

It doesn’t have any particularly profound effects on the body when taken as a supplement.

It certainly doesn’t have any notable effect on cognition. Even if it did, the paltry dose we get from Neuro Force isn’t going to cut it.

This brings us neatly onto another related problem; low doses.

Major Flaw – Low Doses

Most of the ingredients in here have no known nootropic properties at these doses.

Even if the doses were good, results here would be mediocre at best. But the fact that these weak ingredients are dosed low is a serious flaw.

For example, in theory, Alpha Lipoic Acid is a good supplement for short-term brain function.

Alpha Lipoic Acid, or ALA, is a compound heavily involved in energy metabolism. It is used by your cell mitochondria for the release of energy from food.

Without ALA, your cell mitochondria simply couldn’t do their (extremely important) job! That is why ALA is found in almost all foods in varying amounts, and why your body can make its own.

Basically, the theory goes, more ALA, more mental energy, because your brain cells will be able to release energy from food more efficiently.

But the 50mg you get from Neuro Force is absolutely minuscule compared to what you get from other supplements: common standalone ALA supplements can contain up to 600mg.

It is even tiny when compared to the ALA you can get from food: a single teaspoon of Flaxseed Oil can provide as much as 2.5g of ALA!

That 50mg from Neuro Force clearly isn’t going to be able to affect your mental energy levels in any meaningful way.

Bacopa Monnieri – Saving Grace?

If you’ve read many of our other reviews, then you’ll probably be wondering – what about the Bacopa monnieri?

Isn’t this a potent brain booster?

Isn’t there also 150mg of this stuff in Mind Lab Pro?

Yes, but we aren’t happy with the Neuro Force Bacopa content.

That’s because we aren’t told how potent this extract is; on the contrary, we’re told that it is the “whole plant”.

Whole plant extracts can be standardized to have a certain bacoside content (bacosides being the things we want from bacopa monnieri). But Neuro Force doesn’t tell us.

Not good enough!

Certainly not in a stack that is otherwise useless.

Vali Neuro Force Side Effects – Caffeine!

Perhaps the main drawback of this supplement is the risk of side effect risks.

The fact that it doesn’t seem to have any real bite as a nootropic really compounds the side effect risks of Vali Neuro Force.

After all, if a supplement doesn’t really work, then even slight side effect risks can seem seriously off-putting!

The main side effect risk here is the 150mg of caffeine per serving.

No matter how well you handle caffeine, or how high you think your tolerance is, 150mg of caffeine in a single dose is A LOT.

A double espresso will contain somewhere in the region of 125mg of caffeine.

So Neuro Force will give you more of a kick than a double shot of freshly brewed espresso.

Caffeine Neuro Force side effects

Now, if you also have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, then following that up with a concentrated capsule of caffeine that is stronger than a double espresso is probably unwise.

If you drink alot of tea and coffee throughout your day anyway, then an extra 150mg on top is probably not going to turn out well for you (especially since you’re adding in an extra 150mg in a purified form).

Most of us will experience some side effects from a double shot of espresso alone, including:

  • Elevated heart rate
  • Light headedness
  • Tremors
  • Jitters
  • Anxiety

Consuming large amounts of caffeine every single day (usually presented as 400mg per day or more) can have wide ranging side effects, from the annoying to the life-threatening:

  • Hypertension
  • Heart arrhythmia
  • Dizziness
  • Insomnia
  • Higher risk of heart disease

It is important that you consider your current caffeine intake very carefully before adding in more through supplements.

Caffeine overdoses can be acute and they can be fatal.

That’s right: FATAL CAFFEINE OVERDOSES ARE NOT UNHEARD OF.

We are not medical doctors so this is obviously not medical advice. All we are doing here is pointing out obvious trouble spots.

To stay safe, you really need to talk to a qualified health professional – not those quack chiropractors pretending to be doctors online!

[wpfmb type='warning' theme=1]Talk to your regular doctor before using Neuro Force. If you experience any side effects whatsoever, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

Neuro Force Review Conclusion – Is It Worth The Money? We Don’t Think So!

If you haven’t had time to read our full Vali Neuro Force review, then we think it is worth you at least reading out short summary of the formula right under the label.

If you do, you’ll learn that we really aren’t impressed with this nootropic.

It contains ingredients with very little power in terms of cognitive enhancement.

Most of them have the potential to influence your cognition in some way, but the results would be underwhelming even if the doses were right – WHICH THEY AREN’T.

Most of the doses here are tiny.

In most cases there’s nowhere near enough to give you what little benefit these substances potentially have to offer.

The only ingredient with serious potential is Bacopa monnieri, but we don’t know the potency. That usually means it’s low.

The side effect risks posed by the caffeine is just the icing on the cake.

There’s nothing to look forward to here, and some things to be wary of. That is not a good combination.
