Review Summary
In all honesty, this stack is a waste of time regardless of what your goals are. It doesn’t contain any potent nootropics at all. There’s no cholinergic in here. There isn’t anything to promote neuroplasticity or physical brain development. There’s no strong anti-oxidant or anti-inflammatory. Yes you get some green tea, but that’s nothing special. There are no known memory enhancers like Bacopa monnieri. We don’t even get any of the basic blood flow boosters like Gingko Biloba or Vinpocetine. To put it simply, it doesn’t really contain any of the ingredients that normally make up a nootropic stack.
So what does it contain? Not a lot. Some amino acids, a bit of caffeine, and some B12. Hardly anything worth mentioning. This stack isn’t going to have a big effect on your cognitive function. Actually, it probably isn’t going to have any effect on your cognitive function. Either the manufacturer doesn’t know a thing about nootropics, or they are just out to make a fast buck before their product dies. We’ll pass.
Where To Buy Premium Vitality Nootropic
We think this stuff is only sold on Amazon.
Full Premium Vitality Nootropic Review
Premium Vitality is not a big supplement brand. As far as we can tell, they only have a couple of products to their name, and they seem to sell exclusively through Amazon. They don’t have an independent website; we can’t find one anyway. So as far as we’re concerned, this is pretty much a standalone nootropic sold entirely through Amazon. That’s never a good sign. But we aren’t going to write this stack off just like that.
What is Premium Vitality Nootropic supposed to do then?
Who is it designed for exactly? How can it help you?
The bottle states that this product is a “powerful cognitive enhancer”. Every product claims to be a “powerful cognitive enhancer”, but the vast majority of supposed nootropics on the market right now are absolute garbage. They don’t affect cognitive function in any meaningful way – never mind “powerful”!
The Amazon merchant page lists the following core benefits that users can expect while using this nootropic:
- Greater alertness
- Enhanced focus
- Better memory function
- Longer concentration span
These are standard benefits offered by pretty much every natural brain supplement on sale right now.
Sadly, very few products deliver on these fronts. It is possible to enhance memory and focus through supplementation, but the nootropics market is young, and most supplements are cheap knock-offs and scams.
Only a small number do all of these things and do them well. An even smaller number go further and enhance long-term brain development.
So where does Premium Vitality Nootropic stand? Is it a scam, or is it legit?
Is it safe? Will it cause side effects?
Are there better supplements out there for improving memory, concentration and alertness?

Formula Analysis
Let’s take a look at the formula and see if this stack can really deliver on its promises:
If we hadn’t seen the name of the product, we wouldn’t even know that this is a nootropic.
That is a terrible formula. We don’t see any of the ingredients we normally see in brain supplements. There’s none of the core ingredients that usually form the backbone of a quality cognitive enhancer.
There’s no cholinergics.
Nothing to stimulate physical brain development.
There aren’t any of the classic memory enhancers like Bacopa monnieri.
There isn’t even a proper anti-oxidant.
All we have are some amino acids, a little caffeine and some green tea powder. That is not a formula you can get excited about! It’s a stretch to even call this formula a ‘nootropic’. It looks much more like a general health booster – and a poor one at that!
Let’s go through these points in a little more detail.
Main Problem – No Nootropics!
The main problem with this stack is the fact that it doesn’t actually contain any of the ingredients that typically make up a natural nootropic supplement today.
Or to put that in more simple terms, this nootropic doesn’t contain any serious cognitive enhancers!
We expect to see certain ingredients in nootropics today.
We don’t need to see the same exact ingredients, but we expect to see certain substance categories in products that bill themselves as comprehensive, full-spectrum brain supplement.
For example, we think every nootropic (regardless of its specific purpose) should contain a cholinergic.
This might be in the form of Choline Bitartrate, CDP-Choline, or Alpha-GPC. You might have Huperzine A, which isn’t a cholinergic as such, but which still gets the same end result.
The exact ingredients doesn’t matter that much; what matters is that there’s some kind of acetylcholine raising agent in the mix.
We also expect to see some kind of potent anti-oxidant or anti-inflammatory in a well-rounded nootropic formula.
Again, the exact ingredient doesn’t matter as much as having something in there to promote long-term brain cell health. You might opt for Resveratrol, or Maritime Pine Bark Extract, or Vinpocetine.
Premium Vitality Notropic gives us none of these things.
There’s nothing to stimulate brain cell development or proliferation.
Nothing to promote memory function.
No substances to increase cerebral blood flow.
Basically, there’s not much in this formula that we can identify as “nootropic”!

Major Issue – Boring, Ineffective Ingredients
So we’ve covered what this supplement is missing.
But what about the ingredients that it does contain?
Are there any saving graces in here?
Well, no. Not really.
All we get from the Premium Vitality Nootropic formula are some amino acids, some green tea powder, a little caffeine, and some Vitamin B12.
That is one of the most vanilla, weak, generic formulas we’ve ever seen.
These substances aren’t primarily known as nootropics.
Vitamin B12 is needed for overall good health and energy levels, but we woulnd’t necessarily call it a ‘cognitive enhancer’. Yes your cognitive function will stall without it, but so will your physical health. We wouldn’t call water a ‘nootropic’, even though your mental performance is impaired while dehydrated. As such, we wouldn’t call B12 a nootropic either.
The same is true of Green Tea powder. As we explained in this article, green tea is great for overall health and longevity, but it is not great for improving cognitive function.
Consuming green tea isn’t going to noticeably increase mental energy, improve focus or enhance your memory.
In any case, if you did think that green tea can help improve certain aspects of cognition, then just drink more green tea! Supplementation certainly hasn’t been shown to have any dramatic effects on productivity, focus or reaction times.
The exception is Tyrosine, which is a reliable and effective nootropic.
Tyrosine is one of the best natural nootropic substances to have in your stack in our opinion. However, this supplement doesn’t contain enough of the stuff. Furthermore, Tyrosine is not a good primary ingredient. It isn’t very powerful; it really has the most utility backing up things like Rhodiola rosea, or when coupled with potent focus boosters.
We certainly don’t think 90mg of Tyrosine is going to make a big difference to your ability to get work done. It certainly doesn’t warrant the price tag of Premium Vitality Nootropic.

Side Effects – Is Premium Vitality Nootropic Safe?
We think it is likely that many people will experience some side effects while using Premium Vitality Nootropic. That is entirely down to the caffeine content.
Each daily serving of this nootropic contains 100mg of caffeine. Regardless of what your tolerance is – or what you think it is – 100mg of caffeine in a single hit is a lot.
To give you a bit of context, that’s about the equivalent of 2 small shots of espresso. However, it wont be dissolved in water like espresso is in an Americano – this is purified caffeine in a powdered form that you’re taking via capsule.
Common side effects of consuming this much caffeine include:
- Shakes
- Sweating
- Dizziness
- Headaches
- Stomach cramps
- Hypertension
- Heart palpitations
- Irritability
- Anxiety
- Sudden energy crashes
Consuming large quantities of caffeine over a long period of time can cause chronic problems such as insomnia, anxiety, and even an elevated risk of heart disease.
You need to very carefully calculate your current, existing caffeine intake and work out if you can safely add in an extra 100mg per day. By itself, 100mg doesn’t sound like much, but on top of 300mg from coffees, it can cause serious problems.
We don’t recommend supplement with caffeine on a regular basis for exactly that reason. Be careful, do your research, and talk to your doctor before you do anything.
We aren’t doctors and this is not medical advice. We don’t know you or any facts about your medical history that may be highly relevant to this product’s safety. All we can do is speak generally about the average user, drawing on our research and experience. Do your own research thoroughly and consult with a medical professional before you use any supplements, no matter how “natural” they are or safe they may appear.Caution
Conclusion – Is Premium Vitality Nootropic Worth A Try?
In our opinion, there’s nobody for whom this stack represents the best possible choice. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a study aid or something to protect your memory function as you age. This supplement isn’t going to help you reach your goals.
It is barely even a nootropic; if we were shown the formula alone, we’d have said that it’s a rip-off general health or longevity stack.
It doesn’t contain any of the ingredients that make cognitive enhancers what they are; none of the ingredients that form the core of the best nootropics out today.
If you want better memory function, enhanced focus and more mental clarity in the morning, use a quality nootropic designed for that purpose. This is an awful formula born either out of ignorance or greed. Either way, we’ll pass.
We have reviewed hundreds of nootropics and this supplement is still the most impressive. Our review team used this product for months and all experienced:
- Heightened focus
- Enhanced memory function
- More mental energy
- Better mental performance under stress
