The Bisglycinate part of the molecule helps protect the magnesium content from stomach acids, which the BioGenesis™ form has been bound with lab-grown probiotics. Both of these analogues significantly improve absorbtion and utilization of magnesium.
Regular old magnesium is about 20-45% bio-available. That means that for all the standard magnesium you supplement with, you’ll probably only end up getting use out of 30%.

The only flaw we can find is the lack of theanine.
