EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose Review Summary
When we first came across Neuro Dose, we really expected it to be a scam nootropic. We were wrong. It has a unique formula that the manufacturer has clearly put effort into creating. It contains some really good ingredients that compliment each other extremely well. It enhances different aspects of cognitive function; memory, focus, clarity, and stress.
But it has serious problems too. It contains Huperzine A, which means that it needs to be cycled. This makes it a lot less effective overall, especially if you are looking for long-term, lasting benefits. It also uses DMAE, which is a seriously poor quality cholinergic that seems to cause side effects for a significant number of users. Overall, this isn’t a bad stack, but we wouldn’t recommend Neuro Dose to anyone.
Where To Buy Neuro Dose
You can buy Neuro Dose through Amazon only it seems. Never a good sign.
Full EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose Review
EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose is a brand new natural nootropic supplement. It seems to be sold exclusively through Amazon, although we could be wrong about that – we just can’t find an official, independent merchant site.
It’s kind of hard to tell who makes Neuro Dose. The Amazon listing says that it is made by a company called EzyAbsorb. But the label has the words “nourish valley” on the top in a logo. Then if we look at the back, we see that it says Neuro Dose is “manufactured for EzyAbsorb Pte Ltd”. These guys are a Singapore based company, which is unusual but it makes sense; Singapore is a place where everybody works very hard, all the time. Nootropics are a big deal there.
So what is Neuro Dose supposed to do?
Who is it designed to help?
The bottle makes it clear that this is supposed to be a full-spectrum nootropic. The label lists the following key benefits right on the front:
Many nootropic stacks overlook the mood aspect of cognitive function. But it is incredibly important. If you have lost motivation, or you’re extremely stressed, or the pressure is really causing you serious anxiety, then you can’t function properly – mentally or physically.
You know this if you’ve ever taken an important exam. You might know the material back to front, and you might have lots of great ideas to write down, but when the pressure gets turned up, your mind just freezes. You can’t recall any facts, you can’t formulate your arguments properly, and if you’re taking a verbal exam, you start mixing up your words.
So if a stack can help you stay calm when you need to focus and perform to your full potential, it can have an enormous impact on your success.
So does Neuro Dose actually work?
How does it compare to the best natural nootropics on the market right now?
Is it safe? What are the main side effect risks?
We answer all of these questions in our full Neuro Dose review below. We start with an in-depth examination of the formula; if the raw materials aren’t there, then no amount of hype can make this a good stack. Please post all questions in the comments section at the end.
Neuro Dose Formula
Let’s take a look at the EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose formula:
Now, when we first came across Neuro Dose, we have to admit that we were expecting a scam.
We thought we’d see one of the classic rip-off proprietary blends that are still plaguing Amazon right now.
But that’s not what we see here.
This is a unique formula – we’ve never seen this same combination of ingredients and doses before (as far as we know).
It contains some top quality nootropics. There’s a great balance to to the formula too; the ingredients compliment each other really well, and lots of different aspects of cognitive function are dealt with. We also see that the doses are fairly good in places too. All things considered, it is a good formula that will deliver good benefits to a lot of users.
But it has some SERIOUS flaws.
Let’s not beat around the bush – let’s get into it.
What We Like
There’s a lot that we like about the Neuro Dose formula.
The main benefit is the fact that it contains a really great combination of effective, proven nootropics.
For example, one of the main ingredients is Bacopa monnieri. This stuff has been proven in multiple clinical trials to significantly improve memory function; it helps people retain new information for longer, and it seriously improves memory function in older people struggling with varying degrees of memory loss. There is plenty of evidence to suggest that Bacopa monnieri accelerates mental processing too.
We think every stack should contain at least some Bacopa monnieri. It has properties that no other natural substances have, so it really adds a unique dimension to a cognitive enhancer. It has a huge amount of robust scientific support behind it, and it seems to be extremely reliable across a population.
We get 200mg of Bacopa monnieri in here. The extract potency is just 20% bacosides. But that isn’t a big deal; 200mg is plenty to see results.
We also get a really good amount of Phosphatidylserine in Neuro Dose.
We absolutely love Phosphatidylserine. Like Bacopa monnieri, it is an absolute necessity for a genuinely full-spectrum, comprehensive, daily nootropic stack.
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that is a vital constituent of your brain cell membranes. It is also vital for proper cell signalling – it is one of the signals for apoptosis, or programmed cell death. Phosphatidylserine moves to the outside of cells when it is ready to end it all. This is immensely important for long-term health and functionality.
The 100mg of PS that we get from Neuro Dose is more than enough to get all of the benefits associated with it: improved cognitive function over the long term, improved brain health, and enhanced memory function.
What We Don’t Like
While there are some serious strengths to this stack, the negatives are overwhelming for us.
All things considered, we just don’t think Neuro Dose is a good option for someone looking for serious, lasting cognitive enhancement.
The main issue is the use of Huperzine A.
Huperzine A is an effective nootropic, no doubt about it. It increases focus, improves mental processing, and can help you learn faster AND to retain that information in your working memory for longer.
However, it works by shutting off the brain’s acetylcholine regulatory system – it causes a rapid build-up of acetylcholine in the brain. We do want higher acetylcholine availability, but there is such a thing as too much.
Having too much acetylcholine can cause a range of side effects, ranging in severity from headaches to a rapid decrease in focus, motivation, and low mood (we’ll talk more about the Neuro Dose side effects later).
To avoid these side effects, you need to cycle Huperzine A. This lets your brain “reset” its acetylcholine levels to a healthy amount.
Not only is this irritating, but it serious hinders the other ingredients in Neuro Dose. Things like Bacopa monnieri and Phosphatidylserine need to be taken every day for weeks on end in order to take full effect.
Taking a break, be it a week, two weeks, or a month, will reduce your returns SIGNIFICANTLY.
We think the best way to go about this is to encourage synthesis rather than shutting off the brain’s ability to destroy it. That way you can enjoy all of the benefits of having higher acetylcholine levels without any of the down sides. Huperzine A doesn’t let you do this.
EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose Side Effects
There are some side effect concerns with EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose.
This is really disappointing because most high quality nootropic stacks today don’t pose significant side effect risks. That’s kind of the point of using a natural brain supplement!
It’s definitely disappointing given that this is supposedly a daily, full-spectrum nootropic designed for long-term use.
As mentioned above, Huperzine A needs to be cycled. If you don’t you make it extremely likely that you will experience one or perhaps all of the following side effects:
- Muscle cramps
- Lack of focus
- Lack of motivation
The severity and likelihood of these side effects will vary according to dose, length of use, and so on. But if you use Huperzine A for a very long period without a break, even small doses will probably result in a couple of these side effects.
There is no perfect way to use Huperzine A, but as a general rule, we think you should take at least a week off after 3-4 weeks of Huperzine A use.
But as we said, everyone is different.
This also IS NOT medical advice.
This is important for you to understand. This is not an exhaustive, complete breakdown of all possible side effects of using Neuro Dose. This is just a quick look at the most obvious trouble spots. Every individual is different, so it is absolutely VITAL that you do your own research and talk to a doctor about your intentions to use this product.

EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose Review Conclusion – Should You Use It?
This supplement contains some excellent ingredients and in key areas, the doses are good too. Normally, this has us extremely excited. But we aren’t going to recommend EzyAbsorb Neuro Dose to any of our readers.
Most users will see benefits from using Neuro Dose. It should help with memory function and short-term focus in particular.
But the fact that you need to cycle it, the use of DMAE, and the fact that it doesn’t go hard with a serious cholinergic – these are all fatal weaknesses.
This just isn’t a competitive daily nootropic in today’s market. There are much more comprehensive, much safer, much more effective nootropics designed for long-term, daily use.
