Apollo Mental Clarity Review Summary
We strongly advise you to AVOID using Apollo Mental Clarity. It is a scam – plain and simple. Despite its claims of being a premium, market-leading nootropic, Apollo Mental Clarity is just another white label, mass produced rip-off. We have seen this same formula before dozens of times now. We weren’t impressed with it the first time, and we aren’t impressed with it now. All the “manufacturers” have done is swap their own label in for the unbranded, white label of the real manufacturer.
Even if it wasn’t a blatant rip-off, we still wouldn’t dream of using Apollo Mental Clarity. The proprietary blend is full of useless dead weight too; do you honestly think Bilberry Fruit and Olive Leaf powder is going to improve your memory function?
Apollo Mental Clarity is just another private label scam. Suffices to say, you can get much better value for money elsewhere. Check out our current top rated products and you’ll see just how dated and poor quality Apollo Mental Clarity really is!
Where To Buy Apollo Mental Clarity
Apollo Mental Clarity is sold through numerous sites all using the product name in the URL. This always looks scammy to us. Be careful!

Full Apollo Mental Clarity Review
Apollo Mental Clarity has been around for quite some time by this point. Yet we haven’t seen it covered by many nootropic sites, and it doesn’t have a lot of mentions on the main forums.
What is Apollo Mental Clarity meant to do then?
Why should you care?
Apollo Mental Clarity is described as a “cognitive brain formula”.
There are numerous sites all using the Apollo Mental Clarity name. It is hard to tell which site is the main, official site.
If you look at some of these sites, you’ll see that they use the same, old, cheap, dodgy-looking template:
This template seemed to be the go-to for the kind of scam brain pills that exploded onto the market 5-10 years ago.
We’re sure you’ve seen these kind of sites before. They all share the same features: vague, unhelpful info-graphics; a “risk-free” trial sign-up form; lots of buy buttons; extremely vague promises.
On the last point, here are some of the benefits that users of Apollo Mental Clarity can expect (according to the website anyway):
- Increased mental sharpness
- More motivation
- Higher energy levels
- Quick mental energy boost similar to coffee
- “Calms The Running Mind Feeling”
- “Helps Make You Focus Better”
We have included the last two as exact quotations from the website so you can see what you’re dealing with here.
Clearly, the person who wrote this website isn’t too great with English.
They also don’t seem to know exactly what nootropics are supposed to do.
They’re just cobbling together buzz-words from the industry.
At the very least, Apollo Mental Clarity clearly approve of this website; they’re letting this person use their name, and the links must nmake this person some money. That is assuming the site isn’t run by the manufacturers themselves.
Not a great sign, in our opinion.
But we don’t really know anything yet.
Does Apollo Mental Clarity work? Is it safe? Is it worth the money?

Apollo Mental Clarity Formula
Here is the Apollo Mental Clarity ingredients list:
We can’t quite believe that we’re seeing this formula AGAIN!
If you’ve been trawling through nootropics on Amazon for a few weeks looking for the right stack for you, this probably isn’t the first time you’ve seen this formula either.
We have seen this exact same formula dozens of times now.
We’ve reviewed it many more times than we would have liked to.
The first time we saw it, we weren’t very impressed.
Believe it or not, but we aren’t any more impressed today.
Now that we know this is just a scam formula, we are even less enthusiastic about it than when we first saw it.
Just A Private Label Scam
When we say that we have seen the Apollo Mental Clarity formula before, we don’t mean we’ve seen a formula just like it.
We don’t mean we’ve seen one suspiciously similar.
We mean we’ve seen the exact formula before.
Check out this article on private label scams and how they are ruining the nootropics industry for more details.
Since we’ve gone over this problem time and again, we don’t see the need to go over it here.
We strongly advise you to read the linked article to learn more about the ‘Amazon Method’, how it is making some people fast money, and how it is leaving customers with big holes in their wallets for no good reason.
[wpmfb type=’info’ theme=1]You’ll notice that the makers of Apollo Mental Clarity have at least changed the layout of the formula on their bottles. This doesn’t change the fact that it is a total rip-off, but it does make a nice change![/wpfmb]
For those of you that don’t have time, we’ll just tell you this: a wholesaler somewhere is offering this formula out for very little money. Individuals are simply buying lots of a thousand or so bottles, applying their own labels (for next to no extra cost), and then shipping the product to an Amazon warehouse.
They get to make easy money for very little start up capital, you end up paying premium prices for a mass-produced formula that an wholesaler just wanted to get rid of!
-How Does Sugar Affect Your Brain?-
What About The Ingredients?
But so what if it’s a private label scam?
So long as the formula delivers, it doesn’t matter, right?
Sadly, the Apollo Mental Clarity formula is a MAJOR letdown.
First we have a pretty pathetic mineral and vitamin stack. Some of the ingredients provide 1-10% of your RDI; hardly something to get excited about.
The nootropic stack is a proprietary blend, meaning that we don’t know how any one ingredient is dosed.
The blend is tiny – just 692mg to go between almost 20 ingredients!
Since many of the ingredients need to be dosed in the hundreds of milligrams in order to be effective, it is mathematically impossible for all of the best ingredients to be dosed above their minimum effective threshold.
At least some of the ingredients need to be dosed well below their minimum effective dose in order for the best ingredients to be dosed properly. We think it’s highly likely that all of the ingredients are dosed low. Otherwise, why include the other ingredients at all? Why not just pick 5-6 ingredients and dose them how they should be dosed?
We have some obvious ‘filler’ ingredients in Apollo Mental Clarity.
A fair few of the ingredients in the proprietary blend have absolutely no nootropic properties to speak of; they don’t increase focus, they don’t improve memory, and they don’t help keep you calm.
They actually don’t do anything.
The prime suspects here are thinks like Bilberry Fruit, Olive Leaf and Cinnamon Bark. These substances have never been shown in clinical trials to do anything for cognition. There is absolutely 0 evidence that they help improve your brain function.
The fact that we consume these substances on a regular basis in cakes should tell you everything you need to know!
That 99% of this formula could be composed of Olive Leaf and Bilberry Fruit Extract, two ingredients with no known nootropic properties, is very worrying indeed.
Needless to say, your money can be better spent elsewhere.

Apollo Mental Clarity Side Effects – Is It Safe?
Apollo Mental Clarity actually looks pretty worrying on the side effects front.
The main cause of concern is, unsurprisingly, the proprietary blend.
Prop blends represent a health worry at the best of times. But when they contain ingredients known to cause side effects, they pose SERIOUS problems.
This proprietary blend contains numerous ingredients known to cause side effects at high doses.
For instance, the Apollo Mental Clarity prop blend contains Huperzine A. This stuff prevents your brain from making acetylcholinesterase, which is the enzyme responsible for ridding the brain of excess acetylcholine.
More acetylcholine is good, but only up to a point.
Too much will inevitably cause side effects, ranging from the irritating to the severe:
- Headaches
- Confusion
- Loss of motivation
- Loss of focus
- Irritability
- Muscle cramps
Now, the severity of these side effects, who quickly they occur, how long you can take Huperzine A for – all of this depends entirely on extract potency and serving size.
We don’t know how much Huperzine A we’re getting from this product AT ALL.
That is a SERIOUS problem.
There’s also an unknown quantity of DMAE in this stack.
DMAE works well for some people, while for others it does nothing.
A sizable minority of users, however, find that DMAE causes some fairly unpleasant side effects, including but not limited to:
- Confusion
- Headaches
- Anxiety
- Irritability
- Brain fog
- Loss of focus
- Mental fatigue
- Difficulty sleeping
- Hyperactivity
We advise people to stay away from DMAE.
It is not the most effective, efficient, or reliable cholinergic out there.
Alternatives provide better results while also posing fewer side effect risks.
That’s a no brainer as far as we’re concerned!
It is VITAL that you remember the following things when reading our product reviews: We don’t know you or your unique medical history. We cannot possibly give you an exhaustive overview of every possible side effect. All we can do is highlight the most obvious and common dangers as we see them – based on our research and experience. ALWAYS do your own research and talk to a qualified health professional before using this supplement!Remember!

How Much Does Apollo Mental Clarity Cost?
In case we haven’t made it abundantly clear, we think Apollo Mental Clarity is a total rip-off.
It is just the same, generic, ‘off-the-rack’ formula we’ve seen dozens of times before. It just has a different label and a new name – that’s all.
The wholesaler probably sells this formula to anybody who can cough up $1,000 for a pallet – label design included.
So obviously, we don’t think the price tag would be worth it if it was a tenth of what it is!
We also want you to be aware that several of our readers have informed us about being overcharged – repeatedly – after signing up for the Apollo Mental Clarity “free trial”.
Check the comments and you’ll see what we mean.
Basically, you sign up for the free trial, but then it’s not possible to cancel. You then start being billed hundreds of dollars per month for product you don’t want!
We think you should do your best to stay well away of any sites that look like the handful still pushing Apollo Mental Clarity. The classic hallmarks of a scam are the “rush my trial” buttons and the standard doctor stock photos.
Review Conclusion – Should You Use Apollo Mental Clarity?
This is just another private label scam nootropic.
This means you are paying premium prioces for a blend that a wholesaler desperately wanted rid of.
All you are doing in buying Apollo Mental Clarity is lining the pockets of some kids chasing a fast buck.
That point aside, the formula is very poor indeed.
We have useless ingredients like Olive Leaf, Grape Seed Extract, and Licorice Root. None of these ingredients have nootropic properties, nor even any firmly established health benefits.
These useless ingredients could easily comprise 99% of the Apollo Mental Clarity blend, since we aren’t told how each ingredient is dosed.
Don’t be fooled by proprietary blends; many manufacturers reveal their full formula and they make plenty of money.
When a manufacturer chooses not to divulge their individual ingredient doses, they have something to hide.
Apollo Mental Clarity is no different. Don’t fall for this common scam. For real results, and value for money, use a professional quality, comprehensive nootropic stack.
We have reviewed hundreds of nootropics and this supplement is still the most impressive. Our review team used this product for months and all experienced:
- Heightened focus
- Enhanced memory function
- More mental energy
- Better mental performance under stress

I agreed to a trial of “Apollo Mental Clarity” and paid $12.91 for S/H. I never received the trial but did receive a $94.95 charge on my card. I called 888-866-0530 to address the problem. I wanted a total refund. They agreed to refund all but $19.95. So, I paid $32.86 for nothing. If, this isn’t a criminal enterprise, what is?
Diane says
I had the trial bottle and before I could cancel they charged me $95.94 and my bottle isn’t even done yet. I agree with the others.. it does do a thing of what it said. I have to wait till Monday to call them to cancel and give me my money back!!!! HGY don’t buy it!!!!!!!
NaturalNootropic Team says
Thanks for the feedback Diane. Our readers will really appreciate this.
This really doesn’t sound good!
Paige says
Same as above ordered trial then got 94.95 dollar charge never received 1 bottle
Review Team says
We’re hearing this same thing a lot with this nootropic. It seems pretty safe to call it a scam at this point. You don’t get so many people all saying they are being charged more money than they agreed to without something being seriously wrong!
In your case, it actually sounds more like outright theft. How have you tried to get your money back? Have the company been in touch with you at all?
Oriana Ordonez says
This product is a scam, does not work and you don’t get it in time. They give you false information and the trail period is not as they claim!! Never will buy again, don’t waist your money people!!
NaturalNootropic Team says
Thanks so much for sharing this Oriana. We are super suspicious of this one, and obviously we’re right to be! How is the trial period different to what they claim? Have you been stung with a subscription you can’t cancel?
H.G.Y says
I don’t know if I should order this product now. Becuse of the bad comments. I’m not about to wast my money that if it doesn’t work.
Boater says
I tried Apollo mental Clarity and and have been using it for a month it had no effect whatsoever for me I feel that I was scammed for the fact that the trial bottle was supposed to be for 95 then I received two charges on my bank statement for over $90 I don’t think that I can get any of that money back but it angers me that people are allowed to do this thing it should be stated right up front that once you order the trial bottle then you will be charged the full price before you even finish the trial bottle my suggestion is do not buy this product it is false advertisement now I am out $192.86 for nothing people and companies like there should be regulated by the government they should be locked up and charged for their offenses
Boater says
If anyone out there knows of a nootropic that really works that has great consumer reviews and is not a scam a rip-off I would be glad to know I am reaching 60 years old and I have the foggy brain syndrome which comes with age I wish very much to improve my mental clarity and live a better life but now since I have been ripped off twice on the so-called wannabe nootropics I’m afraid to order any any help with real advice would be appreciated

I got an advertisement in the Smart News application on my phone, today Oct. 4, 2018. It just so happens that their supplies for a “free trial” are quickly running out and TODAY is the LAST DAY anyone can order this incredible breakthrough in brain boosting food supplements before dark forces in the government will ban its use! Oh, my. And check out these personal testimonials from Bill O’reilly and Ben Carson (these are always my “go-to” guys whenever I have questions about the efficacy of brain-boosting food supplements!). One or both say things like, “I used to hit the snooze on my alarm 3 times before crawling out of bed in the morning. Now I JUMP out of bed excited to face the challenges the day will bring”. “My creativity has soared like never before”.
Bill and Ben, oh really?! To do what, I ask. Bill, has your creativity discovered a better way to sexually harass women? Ben, are you finding new and better ways to slash spending in Federal Housing programs that were designed to give qualified people help in attaining home ownership and a shot at embracing a middle class lifestyle? I’m surprised we don’t hear testimonial from our esteemed President himself, you know, the one who presided over Trump University, that detestable scam that was specifically designed to gouge money from hopeful students and deliver virtually nothing by way of higher education.
Apollo Mental Clarity, or by a hundred different names and packages, it has scam written all over it. As this review has noted, I’ve seen these tactics before, since at least 2003. My response to their attempt to get me excited and rush me to give them my Credit Card info, which they would then use to autobill future shipments that I won’t need or use, is EFF YUU Apollo Mental Clarity! Let me shout it from the mountain: EFF YUU, Apollo Mental Clarity!! I would hate myself if I paid you even one penny I found in a city gutter!
Thank you, for this helpful review that reassured my careful instincts about falling for promotional clap-trap in INTERNET marketing scams of nutritional food supplements.
