Neuro Claris Review Summary
We conducted a full Neuro Claris review, and it is clearly a fairly decent natural nootropic stack. It contains some good ingredients that would help keep you calm and focused during times of stress and peak cognitive demand.
It also seems unlikely that it would give most users any problems in the way of side effects.
Our only concern is that, compared to other natural nootropic stacks, Neuro Claris lacks any real “punch”. With a cholinergic and some Bacopa thrown in, this would be an outstanding natural nootropic. Unfortunately, Neuro Claris is lacking in these kinds of “heavyweight” ingredients.
Where To Buy Neuro Claris
We would advise anyone interested in trying Neuro Claris to purchase their first bottle directly from the manufacturer. They seem like a very reputable company and their prices are fair for the industry.
Full Neuro Claris Review
Neuro Claris is a caffeine-free, advanced nootropic supplement from Utmost Me.
It promises to help you “think clearer” (although that should really be “more clearly”), “focus longer”, and to generally boost all of your brain functions. Most importantly, it claims to do this naturally, without appealing to stimulants or pharmaceutical grade “nootropics” such as Modafinil, and all while promoting brain health!
This is very much a product aimed at busy professionals and students who sometimes suffer from burn-out; when the demands placed on their brains on a daily basis lead to a cumulative decline in cognitive functioning.
Judging by the marketing literature, Utmost Me’s Neuro Claris seems to be designed with the intention of lifting you back up to your usual “operating level” during those periods when you need to be firing on all cylinders.
Utmost Me also seem to be a very serious supplement manufacturer. Their website is clear, their products are presented transparently, and information on the company is relatively easy to find out if you care to look for it.
The fact that they offer other products in a similar line usually tells me that a manufacturer is interested in developing a real reputation in the marketplace.
All of this looks very promising. But a first glance isn’t enough to really judge a supplement.
Does Neuro Claris really work? Can it enhance cognitive function like it says it can? Can Neuro Claris cause side effects? Can it enhance mental function while promoting brain health?
Let’s take a closer look and find out. Here’s out comprehensive Neuro Claris review.
Neuro Claris Ingredients
The most important thing to properly analyse when evaluating a new nootropic supplement is the formula. Any professional nootropic supplement worth the bottle it comes in will display its ingredients clearly on the bottle.
That information should be clearly available to you before you get anywhere near to purchase. Well, that’s exactly what we get with Neuro Claris.
Here’s the formula, as it would appear on the bottle:
So is this a good formula or not?
Before we discuss the formula as a whole, let’s take a look at the most interesting ingredient: Tumeric Extract.
Tumeric Extract & Mental Performance
Although it’s currently all the rage with health food fanatics (apparently with good reason), we very rarely (if ever) see Tumeric Extract listed on a nootropic’s ingredient list.
So all the purported health benefits aside, what does this stuff offer for those interested in boosting cognitive performance?
The compound in Tumeric that we are most interested in is curcumin.
– Curcumin: The Indian Solid Gold
Curcumin has been used in traditional medicine for a long time, but the last few decades has seen it come under the scrutiny of real medical science, and the findings have been overwhelmingly encouraging.
According to this study, quoted on Utmost Me’s website; “Curcumin has been shown to exhibit antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anticancer activities and thus has a potential against various malignant diseases, diabetes, allergies, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and other chronic illnesses.”
More specifically, Utmost Me claim that the curcumin in Neuro Claris has been proven to significantly improve performance during memory tasks.
As evidence, they cite this study, which examined both the acute and chronic effects of supplementing lipid curcumin formulation on cognitive function and mood in healthy adults aged 60-85.
The results of this study, which was a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, are fascinating.
According to the researchers, “curcumin significantly improved performance on sustained attention and working memory tasks, compared with placebo” just one hour after administration, while “working memory and mood were significantly better following chronic treatment”.
While the observed improvements in this study were confined to older people, the fact that they were healthy adults, and the fact that the improvements were palpable so quickly, mean that the researcher’s conclusions have relevance for anybody looking to improve their working memory and mood in the short term.
All-in-all then, the inclusion of Tumeric Extract is very interesting. Few pre-made stacks contain this ingredient, which is surprising when you look at the wealth of evidence pointing towards its efficacy as both a general health and a nootropic supplement.
Utmost Me’s claims about its ability to increase cognitive function in the short term do not seem too far fetched, but just how powerful and effect this supplement will have depends on the formula as a whole.
Let’s take a look at the rest of the ingredients in Neuro Claris.

Neuro Claris Formula Review
So what about the rest of the formula? It wouldn’t be a Neuro Claris review per se if we just spoke about Tumeric Extract.
Well, the first thing we see when we look at the label is the comprehensive vitamin and mineral stack listed in the first of the two formula sections.
Lots of top quality brain supplements now provide a range of vitamins and minerals.
This isn’t strictly necessary, because most people also take multivitamins every day, or they eat well enough to make multivitamins unnecessary.
However, so long as the vitamins and minerals aren’t displacing other key ingredients in the formula, it is no bad thing to get a top-up from your nootropic stack.
This is especially true in the case of Neuro Claris’ stack, which includes vitamins and minerals known to support brain function. Zinc, Niacin, and Vitamin B12 all play an integral role in keeping you focused, energized, and motivated. Niacin, Zinc and Pantothenic acid in particular are thought to be reasonably effective at maintaining good cognitive function.

Of the ingredients with more specific brain-boosting properties, the most interesting are undoubtedly Tyrosine and Rhodiola Rosea Extract.
Rhodiola rosea is essentially an anxiolytic. It is highly effective at reducing the perception of fatigue and mental exhaustion during times of excessive stress, and when cognitive workload is high.
Its link with enhanced cognition is a strong one. For instance, this study, published in Phytomedicine, looked at Rhodiola rosea’s effects on the fatigue of students undergoing a stressful examination period.
The researchers found that “the study drug gave significant results compared to the placebo group”, although they also concluded that the dose given to these students was probably suboptimal.
Interestingly, the researchers observed that the “most significant improvement in the SHR-5 group was seen in physical fitness, mental fatigue and neuro-motoric tests”.
Another study actually quoted on Utmost Me’s Neuro Claris page looked at the use of Rhodiola rosea as a treatment for subjects with “stress-related fatigue”.
The researchers in this study concluded that “repeated administration of R. ROSEA extract SHR-5 exerts an anti-fatigue effect that increases mental performance, particularly the ability to concentrate, and decreases cortisol response to awakening stress in burnout patients with fatigue syndrome” (ref).
This conclusion will be of immense interest to students! Rhodiola is effective at reducing the kind of brain burn-out that is all-too common among students during times of acute stress, such as final exams or coursework deadlines.
A treasure trove of studies can be found on Examine’s Rhodiola page, so I suggest that anyone interested in learning more about this stuff should take a look.
Some evidence also seems to suggest that it helps maintain general health, and brain health in particular. So, not much to complain about here.
What About Tyrosine?
Tyrosine is a strange choice for a main ingredient. It has by far the biggest share of the serving size out of the real nootropic ingredients. Yet its effectiveness as a main ingredient is very debatable.
Tyrosine is an amino acid, and it is also a precursor to some pretty important neurotransmitters; namely, noradrenaline and dopamine.
You don’t need to be a nootropics expert to understand why this makes Tyrosine important for focus, memory, and learning.
And yet we do get a sizable amount of Tyrosine from our natural diet. Not only that, but its cognition-related properties take effect very much in the background.
Now, we do really like it when a nootropic looks to be most effective in the long term. But as far as main ingredients are concerned, we would like to see something that has more of a discernible effect.
L-Tyrosine is vital for a properly functioning brain, and supplementation might be a good idea if you think you could use a top-up. But it is not by any means a good choice as a main ingredient.
As with so many nootropic stacks that seem to have a great deal of potential, Neuro Claris falls a little short of the mark simply because the manufacturers have not been bold enough in choosing their ingredients.
Had Utmost Me opted for a nice big serving of CDP-Choline and some Ginkgo biloba, then it would be a very different story indeed!
Neuro Claris Side Effects
We can’t see anything in Neuro Claris that gives us any cause for concern.
The vast majority of users shouldn’t encounter problems, the exceptions being of course those who are ill, very old, very young, or pregnant.
Every single individual who reads this should consult a qualified medical practitioner before trying any new supplements!
Neuro Claris Review Conclusion
Some readers will skip straight to the end of this Neuro Claris review, wanting a simple “yes” or “no” answer to a simple question: should I buy Neuro Claris?
After conducting a fairly comprehensive review of Neuro Claris, we can only conclude that anyone looking to improve their productivity and maintain their mental sharpness during times of acute stress might find that Neuro Claris is exactly what they are looking for.
It contains one ingredient, Tumeric Extract, that isn’t typically found in nootropic supplements, but which holds a lot of promise as an enhancing supplement; not just for mental performance, but for overall health and happiness.
However, what Neuro Claris is distinctly lacking is an ingredient to differentiate it from a comprehensive brain support supplement, and to make it a nootropic proper.
Ingredients like Rhodiola and Tyrosine do have a place in any professional grade nootropic stack. But they usually provide a (quite necessary) baseline of support, while other ingredients like CDP-Choline, Ginkgo biloba or Alpha-GPC provide the real boost to your cognitive function.
Neuro Claris is a good supplement. It will provide the support your brain needs to cope during times of peak demand. However, unlike other stacks that are similarly priced, it won’t give that palpable “lift” to your mental capacity that stacks such as Modafy and Mind Lab are likely to do.
We have reviewed hundreds of nootropics and this supplement is still the most impressive. Our review team used this product for months and all experienced:
- Heightened focus
- Enhanced memory function
- More mental energy
- Better mental performance under stress
